v22.4.7
Wow release 22.4, feels like time is sprinting by. This update is primarily to pave the way for future module installations and activations for natural language processing (NLP) and advanced intention execution (aka willfulness). As a result of this preparation work and the transitory nature of this release, it's not exactly our most stable version. We're sort of... testing in production.
Major highlights:
Stacking will continue to be a number one pastime, baby will now utilize increased strength and balancing skills to stack higher and with more massive objects. Note preliminary integration tests have shown that toes and other extremities are at risk of moderate damage as a result of this feature. Use caution!
Preliminary versions of our NLP and spoken dialog systems (SDS) modules have been loaded with promising results. Baby now understands a large set of basic commands. Baby is also to a limited extent capable of understanding sequential commands or requests. The free will kernel of course may preempt any command or task. In many cases the FWK will cancel or abort running processes, or reject commands with an NO exception, the default handler for this exception generates a distinct and adorable "no" dialog for enhanced UX.
In addition to preliminary command comprehension, baby now makes strong attempts to communicate desires and intentions. Note, baby may enter into a faulted, frustration class state if baby's requests time-out (ie are not met in a timely fashion).
Minor notes:
Affection has been boosted by 50%. Baby will now seek out kisses on the lips by rotating your head for alignment. Hugtime length has been increase by 30%.
Runspeed has been increased by 5%.
Warning:
Baby will now react severely to any attempt to brush teeth. We are still debugging this issue and seeking a root cause, therefore it is encouraged that toothbrushing attempts be made on a highly-regular basis as we gather data and attempt to draft a fix. Any attempt to forcibly clean teeth will result in a complete system deadlock.
